At the end of the day, whichever beach you end up in, you will see the gorgeous orange-yellow sunset. It would not even cost you a dime. Everything is so close by, within driving distance, that you have no reason why you should not be going out. You could be snowboarding up on the mountain at noon and during the evenings you could be relaxing on the beach watching the sunset. The drive time is less than two hours going from the mountains to the beach or vice versa. If you are near the coastline, then you definitely do not want to miss deep-sea fishing, kayaking, and parasailing. Going inland, there are plenty of theme parks for all ages like Universal Studios Hollywood or Disneyland. In addition, there are hundreds of hiking trails with mountain/hill top views that will take your breath away. Not amuse, yet? Then you should experience the nightlife here. Clubs, bars, live performances, shows, and night markets are the few out of the dozens things you could be doing at night! We guarantee you will never be bored if you are here in Southern California.
